The Board of Directors of Tanzania Concrete Poles Manufacturing Company (TCPM) paid its first official visit to the TCPM Factory in Tabora since their appointment.
The Board was warmly welcomed by the Management and staff of TCPM.
During the visit, the Board toured the factory and inspected the progress of production activities, as well as the overall operations and management of the plant.
The main objective of the visit was to get firsthand insight into the factory's operations and to provide guidance, opinions and contributions on the ongoing work to enhance efficiency and growth.
